1. Acceptance of Terms

8.4 Effect of Closure

In cases where hb666 closes an account for breach of these Terms, funds may be withheld pending investigation, and hb666 reserves the right to forfeit funds where the breach involved fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
